Academy Acceptance
Individuals will be accepted into the academy as registrations are received. Once accepted, Academy Candidates will receive class materials from the facilitator which includes a series of pre-work inventory questions each Candidate, and selected colleagues, are expected to complete. The results of this inventory will be used in the classroom as personal feedback on how others see them as a leader
Registration Cost
OASBO is proud to partner with the Ohio Department of Education and the State of Ohio in developing leaders for Ohio’s schools. It is through their support and shared financial commitment that leadership development at this unprecedented level is possible.

All lodging, meals and registrations are paid by an allowance provided by this cooperative agreement. However, each Academy registrant is required to include a $500 payment prior to the start of class to indicate intent. This registration fee will be refunded upon completion of the course and independent project as either a credited in the participant’s name for future OASBO seminars and workshops or as a direct refund.
