The officers of the Ohio Valley Chapter of OASBO would like to announce a new and exciting year for the chapter. Your officers have been working hard to provide quality professional development. This event filled year adds something new for all eligible members of the association. Our meeting dates this year will offer something for Business Managers, Food Service Directors, Transportation Directors as well as Treasurers. We would ask your help in forwarding the appropriate meeting dates and times to Business Mangers, Transportation Directors and Food Service Directors until we develop a mechanism to forward announcements to them directly.

We have attempted to provide meetings in various geographic areas and various times hoping to meet the needs of our members. We will begin the year with a kick off event, work hard through out the year proving educational programming and end the year with our annual year-end all staff meeting. Attendees will receive professional development contact hours certificates.

It has been several years since the chapter has reviewed it Constitution and our goal is to distribute, review and ratify the chapter by-laws.

For the upcoming year we would like to invite back retired OASBO members. If you know of anyone, please forward an e-mail along with their address so that we may contact them. We would also like to register more of our service affiliates. Currently we have only three service affiliates on our mailing list. If you deal with a service affiliate who you might think would be interested in attending our meetings please e-mail Brian Rabe to be added to the chapter directory.
